Background

Dr. Robinson obtained his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and earned his OD from the Illinois College of Optometry. He went on to complete the Low Vision Rehabilitation and Ocular Disease residency program through the Illinois Eye Institute, The Chicago Lighthouse and Spectrios Institute for Low Vision. He most recently served as Clinical Director of the Spectrios Institute for Low Vision in Wheaton, IL.  He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Diplomate in the Academy's Low Vision Section.

His practice combines adaptive lenses and tools with rehabilitative training in order to empower individuals with permanent vision loss to meet their goals. Dr. Robinson will be our Director of Low Vision Services.
